Globalogix will be developing detailed in-depth personas, scenarios, user task flows, and site maps which will help increase the overall brand value and re-target user stopgaps to increase adaptability and productivity of existing products. Globalogix will deliver high level and/or detailed interactive prototypes to customers and stakeholders. Driving and redefining best practices in usability study results and make actionable research-based recommendations to overarching strategic direction using Globalogix Heix BuildingBlox.

PHOENIX, AZ.-- JAN. 20, 2011 -- Globalogix, Inc announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire Compass Telecommunication Services (CTS), LLC., dba Compass Telecom, a privately held wireless service based telecom provider, serving the greater Phoenix, AZ Metro area. The purchase price was for an undisclosed amount, subject to closing adjustments. The acquisition is anticipated to be funded primarily with cash. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals, and is expected in the end of the first quarter 2011.

“This acquisition fits Globalogix, Inc’s strategic direction as it enhances our focus on the small and medium sized business (SMB) customer, expands our wireless business product portfolio, and further develops our agent sales channel program,” said Michael Weaver, Globalogix, Inc Principle and Chief Executive Officer. “Compass Telecom has an experienced and talented management team, a solid customer base, robust product portfolio and expertise in developing and implementing new wireless deployments, such as low cost, long distance wireless access points and routers for the SMB customer. We anticipate important cost and revenue synergies as we integrate Compass Telecom into our current lines of business.”

With operations in Arizona., Compass Telecom provides voice, data and Internet services. Compass Telecom primarily operates within the hospitality industry and manages locations for Choice Hotels International, Clarion Inns, Best Western, Howard Johnsons, Knights, Travelodge and many other locations throughout Arizona, five of which will bring enhanced functionality to Globalogix’s product portfolio. Compass Telecom’s assets include long-term rights on a fiber network encompassing Phoenix Metro Area as well as soft switching technology.
